When I am hurt, are you there for me?
Is our relationship safe, non judgmental & kind? Or do we create hurt, resentments, shame and rejection?
There’s a science to love and connection, and it’s called EFT (emotionally focused therapy), proven by over 26 years of research and studies. Today we dive into these methods that fundamentally change the way you connect and create a safe relationship with your partner.
Hold Me Tight Seattle - Cultivate a Safe Relationship to Resolve the Lingering Hurt and Resentment
Our guests are Joseph Losi, MA-LMFT and Cynthia Benge, MSW-LMHC of Hold Me Tight Seattle, experienced EFT practitioners and trainers.
We talk about the destructive patterns that slowly degrade relationships until there is nothing left but hurt, resentments, and a giant wall standing between you.
Then we talk about transforming these patterns. Cynthia and Joseph reveal the science behind rebuilding love bonds and the deep sense of connection, showing love isn’t the mystery we thought it was.
All month we are speaking to Emotional Intelligence, planting the seeds of growth!
I am ecstatic about getting to speak to Joseph and Cynthia live on the show, and getting your questions. Be sure to tune in this Tuesday as we unpack creating a safe relationship so you can begin to break down the walls and reconnect.
Special Gifts from our Guest:
Escape the Spin Cycle – the pattern of fighting that goes nowhere – by taking the Spin Cycle Test. Identifying the 6 Spin Cycle saboteurs creeping into your relationship and what to do about them.
What we discover:
- Emotions are like the red light on the dash board telling us something is going on underneath the hood!
- Emotions organize behavior
- Are you not allowing your spouse off the “white horse” and with compassion and safety?
- Sex and intimacy blossoms when we feel seen, heard, and loved. All because of reaching a deeper level of connection. We discuss how that happens and why it works.
- When you combine fostering an EFT process with EFT counseling, 80% of couples improved. That is HUGE!!!!
But hurry, their April 22nd non-residential weekend retreat has only 1 spot left! Learn more about the Hold Me Tight Seattle couples retreat here »
EFT with Joseph and Cynthia’s safe coaching and workshop will help you to create a secure base, get through your triggers and the deep emotions under the resentments, the fear and the loneliness. This is HUGE OMY GOODness I want more. In fact that is what the audience was saying too.
I received some great text messages affirming the “need for more” right after the show aired. Faolks are hungry for what HoldMeTightSeattle is teaching, and it has ABSOLUTELY struck a cord!
Stay tuned for part two… or three or four. I know I want more!
